American actress Eva Longoria’s dog Jinxie will follow her down the wedding aisle when the actress ties the knot with basketball star Tony Parker this summer.
The Texan beauty’s white Maltese dog will trail the bride and stay at the altar while the pair gets married at an exclusive location just outside Paris this July.
The ‘Desperate Housewives‘ star reportedly spends an astounding 500 dollars per month on grooming, pedicures and teeth cleaning of her dog.
“Jinxie is getting a special jewel-encrusted designer collar made for the big day. It will be inscribed with the lucky wedding date - 7/7/07,” Tittle-Tattle quoted a source, as saying.
San Antonio Spurs player, Tony, who chose July 7 as the wedding date because he believed it to be a lucky day, proposed Eva for marriage last December by flying to her Los Angeles home unannounced.
Eva said the way Tony proposed was “perfect, personal and sweet”.
The 32 year old actress has hired celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss to make sure that everything for the big day is done within a proper budget.
Eva reportedly told Weiss: “We are building a house right now in San Antonio, so we just can’t go over budget.”
