Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria says she can’t wait for Victoria Beckham’s imminent LA arrival so they can hit designer shops together.
The sexy star, who plays Gabrielle Solis in the hit Channel 4 show, has recently become best friends with Posh Spice, 33, and her footie hero husband David, 32.
The 32-year-old said: “I absolutely adore her. I’m looking forward to hanging out. I love them both.â€
Eva was speaking at the launch of the new Pepsi Max can which she designed.
New mom Marcia Cross was spotted at LA gym Burn 60 a couple of days ago.
Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are scheduled to get hitched on July 7. An earlier report had claimed that Eva had turned into a real life celebrity Bridezilla as she reportedly just cannot seem to make up her mind about the little details of the wedding. Now a new report from Los Angeles photo agency X17 claims the wedding may be off.
The report: “With only a little over a month and a half to go before the big day, we’re hearing rumors that Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have called off their wedding!”
The website notes that the agency is “scrambling for more information as we speak, but they confirm that Eva was back in the states looking happy as a clam yesterday - and for a dancing date with Mario Lopez, no less! The pair (along with Mario’s girlfriend Karina Smirnoff) hit up the Media Arts Center for what looked to be a little DWTS practice last night, laughing and joking as they shook their collective stuff for nearly three hours.
Maybe she was just getting dancing lessons for the wedding. There had been an earlier buzz that the wedding was off a source cited by Hollyscoop said: “The wedding is still very much on, but Eva is creating a lot of work for everyone.”

Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher is convinced a guest editing stint for British magazine Glamour has turned the paparazzi against her. But the actress isn’t complaining - she’s delighted she can shop in peace at last. For her stint as a journalist, Hatcher decided it would be fun to photograph the snappers who follow her and daughter Emerson everywhere - in a bid to show fans that she’s always hounded.
She explains, “We’d pull up at an ATM machine or something and they all (paparazzi) surround us in cars and start shooting us and I hand her (Emerson) the camera and she just starts walking towards the cars and she’s just shooting. Since this article came out they have really laid off. I don’t know if it’s because of that or if it’s just I’m simply not hot anymore.”
As well as turning the paparazzi off her, Hatcher is convinced the article was very important for her pre-teen daughter. She adds, “It was very empowering for her.”

Teri Hatcher was left shocked and stunned when thieves stole her ATM card. The Desperate Housewives star thought she had lost the cash card, but when she reported the missing plastic to her bank she was informed a happy thief had been ringing up a fortune on it. She explains, “I called to cancel it and was actually stolen… I don’t use it much, so they had rung up $12,000. “They did 90 different transactions and I know that because for every single fraud thing you have to sign out (sic) a whole slip that says, ‘No, I wasn’t at Joe’s Diner, spending $20 (GBP40) on chilli.’ “There were a lot of trips to Albertsons (grocery store) in the Valley (Los Angeles), Vons, Longs Drugs, lots of little purchases. I think that’s probably how they get away with it. “It dawned on me as I was doing this that in 90 times of them giving the card, nobody ever went, ‘Teri Hatcher…’ I was really kinda freaked out that that could happen. But the theft has left a positive impact on the actress’ life it has prompted her to get more organised so she’ll realise the next time a card goes missing. She adds, “I’m cleaning everything to get more organised.”
Eva Longoria is planning to adopt a child with her basketball player fiance Tony Parker. The Desperate Housewives star and Parker marry in July and are already considering following in the footsteps of celebrities including Angelina Jolie and Sheryl Crow by adopting. She tells American magazine Latina, “We both have big hearts and the finances to do it, and we want to be able to provide an environment of love and stability to a child who otherwise wouldn’t have that.”

The actress, who plays Gabrielle Solis in the hit TV show, said that she hopes that she will get to play a pregnant mother on the show, but only after she is married and is expecting a child in real life.
Longoria added that she is looking forward to having a family.
“I don’t want to be pregnant on the show until I’m pregnant in real life,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.
“When I get married and get pregnant then hopefully it will be written in. So, I’m looking forward to having a family and doing that,” she added.
Paris may be the most romantic city in the world, but Eva Longoria will not be lingering in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower after her wedding.
The Desperate Housewives star, 32, is due to wed fiance Tony Parker in the French capital on July 7. But she says, “I’m heading home right after the wedding.”
Speaking to People Magazine at the “Spike for Hope” Celebrity Volleyball Match in Hermosa Beach, Calif., Longoria says, “We start shooting July 9.”
More than 200 guests are expected to attend the wedding, which is rumored to take place at the ancient St. Germain L’Auxerrois, known as the “Parish of Kings” because of its historic ties to French royalty.
Longoria visited the church earlier this month. In January, she spent four days in France working out other details of the nuptials with Parker’s mother, Pamela Firestone.
It’s also been a hectic lead-up to the big day with co-stars Felicity Huffman and Teri Hatcher throwing her two separate wedding showers.
But one thing Longoria does have time for is the PADRES Contra El Cancer (translated: Parents Against Cancer), for which Spike For Hope raised funds. Longoria is a national spokesperson for the charity – but is she a volleyball player?
“No, I’m not,” Longoria confessed to PEOPLE. “Tony is, but that’s because he’s 6′3″. He was like, ‘Babe, you better not stink.’ I like any sport. I’m not a volleyball player, per se, but I’m definitely a competitive person.”
At the charity event she hit the court wearing a black muscle shirt with “Longoria” spelled out on the back and took the first serve on the aptly named “Team Gorgeous”.
Alas, the results weren’t so beautiful: ‘Team Gorgeous” eventually lost to “The Dream Team,” 16 to 21.

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria stepped out of Wisteria Lane and onto the beach to test her sporting prowess at a celebrity volleyball event to raise money for charity.
Longoria turned out to be a valuable player, giving her team pep talks throughout the game and even launching herself across the sand to get her hands on the ball.
But onlookers got a little more than they bargained for, with her beach briefs proving to be, well, a little too brief.
